Dr. Rajkumar V P brings a rare, multi-dimensional combination of practitioner experience few HR and transformation leaders accumulate in a single career. He has worked across multiple industries — Petrochemicals, Energy (Oil & Gas), Logistics & Shipping, Infrastructure, Automotive, Technology / ITES / GCC, Financial Services, Insurance, BPO, Consulting and Manufacturing — and across multiple sectors spanning listed conglomerates, global MNCs, JVs and high-growth startups.

He has operated at every scale of enterprise — from founding a 50-person startup with zero hiring budget, to scaling a BPO from start-up to 800+, to leading HR across 66 countries for a NYSE-listed energy major, to founding the CHRO function at a USD 350M listed petrochemicals enterprise on a roadmap to USD 1 Billion. And across multiple geographies — India, APAC, Australasia, Middle East, Africa, Europe & the Caspian, and North America.

The roles, too, have ranged the full spectrum: operations-heavy on the manufacturing floor at Hyundai, strategic in the global HRSS designs at Maersk and Weatherford, entrepreneurial as co-founder of a cross-border HR Tech venture, and advisory / consulting across the US and ANZ markets and to Tech Mahindra's CTO office.

And the functional canvas has been wider than the title CHRO implies — HR, IR, CSR, ESG, Admin, Digital Transformation, HR Tech, Analytics and Internal Communications in his enterprise roles; and in his entrepreneurial stints, full responsibility for P&L, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Delight, Technology Solutions, Shared Services Operations and BOT Consulting.
